The Founding Pilot Program
We're looking for 10 schools to help us shape SchoolConnect into the platform that truly fits how schools in Taiwan run. Founding schools receive:
- Free throughout the pilot, with access to all pilot-ready features.
- Continue free for 12 months after general availability. Your founding-school rate after that will be agreed in writing before onboarding.
- White-glove onboarding, including secure, assisted import of supported school records.
- Direct access to our product team, with your feedback helping shape the roadmap.
- The pilot runs until general availability or March 31, 2027, whichever comes first. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before it ends. If we have not reached general availability by then, we will agree next steps with you.
What participation involves
One 30-minute feedback session every two weeks.

- Private or public schools and after-school centers in Taiwan
- Roughly 5 to 500 students
- An authorized operational lead as the primary contact — they don't need to be the final signer

Frequently asked questions
Which schools can apply?
Private and public schools and after-school centers in Taiwan with roughly 5 to 500 students. An authorized operational lead — such as a director or administrator — can apply as the primary contact; the final signer doesn't need to be the applicant.
Does applying guarantee selection?
No. The Founding Pilot Program is selective and limited to 10 schools, so applying does not guarantee selection. Either way, we'll be in touch within three business days.
What's included at no cost?
The pilot is free with access to all pilot-ready features, and includes white-glove onboarding with secure, assisted import of supported school records.
When does the pilot end?
The pilot runs until general availability or March 31, 2027, whichever comes first. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before it ends. If we have not reached general availability by then, we will agree next steps with you.
When do the 12 free months begin?
On the day SchoolConnect reaches general availability. If the pilot ends before general availability, we will agree next steps with you.
How is our school and student data transferred and protected?
After selection, we assist with a secure import of supported school records — we never ask you to email us a spreadsheet. How the data is collected, stored and retained is described in our privacy policy. Read the privacy policy
What feedback is expected?
A feedback session of about 30 minutes every two weeks, sharing how the product works in your day-to-day and what you would change.
Can we leave the pilot?
Yes — you can leave the pilot at any time.
What happens after the free period?
A founding-school rate applies after the free period. It will be agreed with you in writing before onboarding — you are never charged without your agreement.
